Dear friends and colleagues,

Are any of your clients or network connections interested in funding or learning about arts activism, especially as related to human trafficking?  ArtWorks for Freedom seeks partners, sponsors, and volunteers to join its mission in harnessing the transformative power of art to inspire action to eradicate human trafficking. The organization’s latest program,  In Transit: The Body as Currency, a professionally curated virtual exhibition, was launched over the summer.

ArtWorks for Freedom is a small organization in a period of dramatic change, having lost its dynamic and visionary founder in February 2022, and is evolving from a volunteer-managed model to a more professional entity. Capacity building and endowment funds would provide sustainability and security, while programmatic sponsorship for mounting shows and experiences will educate and expose broad swaths of people to the prevalence and horror of modern-day slavery. Donors and sponsors can help shape the future of this organization and can be changemakers with relatively little financial investment. It’s a fantastic opportunity!
