Conference on Philanthropy 2015
Advanced Registration is closed. Walk-ins are welcome.
The conference registration desk is located on the lobby level just outside the
Cassatt Ballroom and opens at 11:00 am on Monday, April 27.

Conference attendees receive a special discounted parking rate of $12/day.
Airport Shuttle
Loew's/Chicago O’Hare is pleased to offer complimentary shuttle service between the hotel, O’Hare Airport and the nearby CTA Station 24 hours a day. A
hotel shuttle takes guests to Chicago O'Hare International Airport throughout the day.
For Domestic Arrivals at Terminal 1, 2 or 3: There is
no need to call the hotel. The shuttle departs every 20 minutes (every
30 minutes after midnight). Once baggage is retrieved follow the red
shuttle signs to the O'Hare Bus/Shuttle Center (across from the Hilton).
Pick up is between Doors 1 & 2.
For International Arrivals at
Terminal 5: Once baggage is retrieved call 847-544-5300. An Airport
Customer Service Agent or Airport Ambassador may also call on your
behalf. The shuttle will pick up at Door E at Terminal 5.
Attire
Conference attire is business casual. Some attendees opt for cocktail attire for the Fithian Awards Dinner on Monday evening.

Conference Handouts
The
Conference on Philanthropy is a paperless conference. All handouts will
be made available on the website beginning a week prior to the
conference and will remain up for a month after. Conference attendees
will be notified by email when handouts are available and how to access
them.
Refund Policy
All refunds must be requested in writing and
received by the AiP office on our before April 3, 2015. We are unable
to refund any cancellations made after midnight on April 3.
