Hilton Rosemont | 5550 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL (not to be confused with the Hilton O'Hare also located in Rosemont.) Room rates are $149/night plus any applicable taxes and fees. All rooms include complimentary guestroom internet.

Parking
Conference attendees receive a special discounted parking rate of $12/day. Be sure to get your parking ticket validated at the Conference registration desk.
Airport Shuttle
Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O’Hare is pleased to offer complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and O’Hare Airport from 4AM until 2AM daily. The shuttle departs from the Hotel/Motel Shuttle Bus Center located at O’Hare Airport. Upon arrival at O’Hare Airport please follow the directions listed below.
- To get to the Shuttle Bus Center, proceed down one level below the Baggage Claim Area and followthe Red & Blue signs on both walls and floor that read: "To Hotel/Motel Shuttle Bus Center”.
- The walk way will take you to an elevator bank. Take the elevator up 1 level. The level is identified as Cubs – Hotel/Motel Shuttle Bus Center.
- Proceed to the Bus Center and wait at door #3 for the Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O’Hare shuttle. The shuttle is white in color and is identified with the logos of the Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O’Hare, Embassy Suites Rosemont/O’Hare & Doubletree Rosemont/O’Hare.
- The shuttle departs on the hour & runs every 20 minutes thereafter (IE :00, :20, :40)
Attire
Conference attire is business casual. Some attendees opt for cocktail attire for the Fithian Awards Dinner on Thursday evening.

Conference Handouts
The Conference on Philanthropy is a paperless conference. All handouts will be made available on the website beginning a week prior to the conference and will remain up for a month after. Conference attendees will be notified by email when handouts are available and how to access them. Refund Policy
All refunds must be requested in writing and received by the AiP office on our before April 11, 2014. We are unable to refund any cancellations made after midnight on April 11.
