Summary:
Tired of spending tons of staff time and expense to put on a fun night or convening that raises some money and awareness, but has limited long term impact? Come learn the “ten essentials” of effective event production: how to move beyond event planning and coordination to creating convenings and events that best meet your organization’s overall fundraising, marketing and/or programmatic goals. Learn how to plan and position events to integrate into your organization’s overall strategy so that their impact extends well beyond one night (and doesn’t crush your staff and volunteers).

  • Analysis of ‘right’ attendees and the ‘right’ mix of these attendees to reach strategic goals
