All around the country, advisors and nonprofit professionals are coming
together in CAP® Study Groups to build a network of trusted professionals
who will work collaboratively to develop the vision of their clients and
donors.Upon earning the CAP® designation, these professionals are equipped to take
their seat at the planning table where wealthy families plan their legacies.
We have found that the time advisors and nonprofit professionals spend
together sharing experiences, expertise and insights becomes the highlight of
taking the CAP® courses in this setting. That’s why we are planning the
first National CAP® Online Study Group, to engage professionals
from many sides of the planning table in conversation. The Study Group is
divided into three courses. Each course will meet virtually every other week
for 5 sessions beginning January 2015. Upon completion of all three courses,
participants can take the CAP® exam to earn their designation.
The orientation webinar will be led by Sally
Alspaugh, CAP®.
Ms. Alspaugh is also the Study Group Facilitator and has over 35 years of
experience in financial planning, charitable gifting, and family legacy
experience. She is nationally recognized for her ability to bring clarity and
common sense to the complex issues of income and estate tax avoidance through
philanthropic planning. She is also highly respected in the Cincinnati area for
her work in family legacy building with high net worth clients.
