Many donors make
gifts for all of the right reasons without taxes being the primary motivation,
but the charitable deductions do help. However, more and more, the
Internal Revenue Service is disputing the charitable deduction of well-meaning
donors and denying the deduction entirely because of "the devil in the
details”.
Learn more about some of the common pitfalls that may seem
minor at the time, but end up being the reasons why the IRS denies a deduction
for a legitimate charitable gift. This course offers one CFP credit, one PACE (CAP®) credit and one CIMA | CIMC | CPWA credit
