About the webinar...

Change is constant, but many “old dogs” don’t particularly like “new tricks.”  As a trusted advisor for your clients, doing your best to help them maximize the stewardship of their assets includes building a network of like-minded specialists and staying abreast of changes in the tax code and legal landscape that could create opportunities for (or threats to) client legacies.  This presentation will discuss some of the challenges facing clients attempting to leave a lasting legacy, as well as how planned giving tools and techniques can take advantage of potential legislative changes and help alleviate those challenges.  Most importantly, this presentation will provide several concepts that can help advisors build credibility and opportunity with professional “old dogs” that may no longer be taking the time to keep up with the “new tricks.”
