About the program... 

Please join AiP San Francisco Bay Area for a meeting with Jody YasinowskyHead of Humanitarian Response at Save the Children US. Ms. Yasinowsky will share updates on their work in Gaza, Ukraine, and other areas of conflict, as well as Save’s disaster responses to last year's earthquakes in Turkey/Syria and Afghanistan. She will also share information about the rebuilding and rehabilitating in these communities and their impact on children. Expect to take away inspiring stories of recovery, resilience, and hope which will resonate well with your donors.


About the speaker...

Jody Yasinowsky 
Jody Yasinowsky leads the Humanitarian Response team at Save the Children US.  She joined Save the Children in September of 2022 as the Sr. Managing Director, Humanitarian Portfolio and has over 20 years of experience working in the non-profit sector in Washington D.C. and abroad.

Prior to joining Save the Children, Jody worked with other prominent organizations in the NGO sector, including the American Red Cross, World Wildlife Fund, International Rescue Committee and Relief International.  Starting in 2012, Jody led IRC country teams in Liberia, South Sudan and Turkey/Syria.  When she transitioned to lead Business Development at Relief International, she supported the organization's global growth which doubled from serving 100 million to 200 million people and worked most recently as their Chief Program Officer. 

Jody holds a bachelor’s in business administration from George Washington University and a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Kent, Brussels School of International Studies.
