About the webinar...
Tax Planning with Real Estate Your client is at a crossroads. They have been renting out their real estate for many years and now their long-time tenants are moving. What should they do? Should they consider continuing to keep renting the property? Show they sell it? How about a 1031 exchange? What about a Qualified Opportunity Zone property? Should they consider charitable planning with their real estate? What are their choices of charitable planning techniques? We will review the tax and financial planning consequences of each of these transactions. We will also take a look at possible tax changes that may affect their decision.
