Prior to joining the Fund and helping to launch the Creative Work Fund, she served as Executive Director of the Poetry Center and American Poetry Archives at San Francisco State.
Ted Russell, Associate Director, Arts Strategies & Ventures, Kenneth Rainin Foundation
Ted Russell is Associate Director, Arts Strategy & Ventures for the Kenneth Rainin Foundation. He works in close partnership with the Director of Arts Strategy & Ventures to develop and implement new initiatives. Ted manages elements of the Arts Program’s portfolio and advances learning and evaluation processes, including documenting and sharing knowledge about promising practices.

Claudia Hess Worthington is an art historian, curator, and certified appraiser with over 35 years in the Art Industry, helping clients with valuations, and advice on buying, selling, conserving art. She also helps to advise on Art philanthropy and Art Succession planning for important collections.
