Alyssa Heath is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Social Impact at Fire Capital Management (FCM), a boutique investment management firm based in San Francisco. FCM offers wealth management, multi-family office, and OCIO services to HNW individuals, families and foundations. Alyssa is deeply committed to helping clients make the type of impact that is meaningful to them, from how they invest, to how they give.

Before joining FCM, Alyssa spent over seven years living and working in Beijing, China, where she served as the Executive Director of the Golden Bridges Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening U.S.–China relations through student exchange and cross-cultural leadership development. In this role, Alyssa led a global team, oversaw strategic planning and fundraising, and developed next-gen leadership programs, with support from the Ford Foundation and the US State Department. Earlier in her career, she worked as Business Development Manager for a Chinese travel start-up and co-founded The Mind Body Project, an initiative focused on bringing mindful fitness solutions for schools, companies and communities.

Alyssa has long been passionate about community building and cross-sector collaboration. She served for six years as Chapter President of the American University Beijing Alumni Club and was selected as a Global Shaper, an initiative of the World Economic Forum. She is fluent in Mandarin and Japanese, holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation, is a 21/64 certified advisor, and currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for The International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy (AiP).

Alyssa earned her MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University, with a minor in Chinese.
