Kimberlee Riley, CAP® serves as a philanthropy advisor for donors in Central Florida and coach and instructor at Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership at Crummer Graduate School of Rollins. A social entrepreneur, Kimberlee has experience in all three sectors leading business development, strategic planning, public/private partnership, governance and philanthropic strategies. She is a team-oriented leader with more than 35 years of building relationships and partnerships focused on collaboration, transparency, compliance, and implementation of evidence-based practices yielding mutual benefits, enhanced capacities and growth.

 Kimberlee graduated from Auburn University with a BA in International Trade and Economics where she was a member of the varsity swim team. She maintains the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designation from the Richard D. Irwin Graduate School of the American College of Financial Services. Kimberlee has experience serving as a nonprofit CEO and other C-Suite positions. 

She believes in volunteerism and also serves in various national and local roles including Alumni Council Member of The American College of Financial Services, Governance Committee Chair of International Advisors in Philanthropy, Grant and Research Committee Member of 100 Women Strong, Mentorship Program Chair of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Central Florida and is the Founding Partner of the Central Florida CAP® Study Group. As an advocate for affordable housing and quality-of-life, Kimberlee was selected for the 2017 Sadowski Affiliate Award. She is a member of Leadership Orlando and was recognized in 2022 by the Association of Fundraising Professionals as the first recipient of the Teri S Chastain Outstanding Fundraising Professional.

 Kimberlee enjoys lifelong learning, serving colleagues and her community and is passionate about our philanthropic journeys, believing in charity and its positive impact on the giver, the beneficiary and our world. Kimberlee is married and has three children.
