Melanie LeGrande is a strategic advisor and philanthropic leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations and leaders navigate complexity and translate values into meaningful social impact. As Managing Director of Panorama Strategy, she partners with individuals, institutions, philanthropic leaders, and cross-sector coalitions to design strategies, collaborative funds, and governance models that align ambition with execution.
Melanie has led and advised philanthropic and community engagement initiatives across corporate, nonprofit, and sports institutions—including Major League Baseball, the Baltimore Ravens, Amazon Web Services, and Silicon Valley Community Foundation—bringing a practical, donor-centered lens to complex social challenges. Her work has supported high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth donors seeking thoughtful, values-aligned approaches to giving across health, education, human rights, and systems change.
Often engaged as a trusted thought partner to support decision-making, priority-setting, and collaboration, Melanie works alongside partners when initiatives involve high-stakes giving, multi-party governance, or long-term legacy considerations. She currently serves on the board of Empowered Network, supporting survivor-led approaches to ending human trafficking.
