April 2014 Fundraisers
We are very excited to be a sponsor of the Conference on Philanthropy, April 24-25 in Chicago! We are participating with a booth and will be distributing our 2013 Annual Report. In conjunction with the Conference, AiPF announces 3 creative ways to make a donation this month (even if you can't make it to Chicago this year):
FUNDRAISER #1: Everyone can participate in our CAP® Tuition Raffle - make a donation to the Foundation between now and April 25th for a chance to win a complete CAP® package which includes registration fees for all 3 CAP® courses. A confirmation will be sent to you with the number of tickets entered into the drawing. Tickets may also be purchased at the conference and cost $25/each. A Premier donation of $250 will earn you 11 tickets; Mentor donation of $500 = 22 tickets; and a $1,000 Leadership donation will earn 45 tickets. The winning ticket will be drawn at the Conference on Friday, April 25th.
FUNDRAISER #2: Anyone can bid on items at the AiPF Silent Auction at our Conference booth and we accept absentee bids until April 24th at 5:00 pm. To view the unique items we are auctioning, go to the AiPF Facebook page for photos with descriptions (and "like" us while you're there), and email your bid with the item number. You will be notified after the conference if you are the winning bidder. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to donate an auction item.
FUNDRAISER #3: If you are attending the Conference, we invite you to participate in the 2nd AiPF Talent Show after the April 24th dinner. Are you a singer or musician, comedian or poet, or have any other talent? Let us know. Not an entertainer – than come and cheer on your colleagues, and vote with your pledge card for AiPF’s most talented!
Hope to see you at the Conference!
