- Exhibitor space is limited this
year. Each space will include a 6 ft. draped table and one chair in an 8 x 5
space. Each exhibitor will be responsible for additional signs, special
lighting, electrical equipment, etc. Exhibitors may set up between 10:00 am and
5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 24 or 6:00 am –7:30 am on Thursday April 25. We
respectfully request all booths are completely set up by 7:30 am on Thursday and
left up until 12:30 pm on Friday, April 25. All exhibit materials must be
removed no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, April 20th. Those materials remaining
after 4 p.m. on April 26th will be removed at the exhibitor's expense. Golden
Nugget staff is not permitted to assist in the setting up or dismantling of
exhibits. All exhibit booth staff must be registered attendees – however
sponsorship/booth packages do include complimentary registration(s) and
additional registrations are available at cost.
SHIPPING - The Golden Nugget will begin accepting shipments for the
Conference on Philanthropy no earlier than 3 days prior to the conference.
Storage fees apply. Be sure to review the Golden Nugget Shipping & Freight Instructions and Policies prior to shipment.
Please be aware that the Golden Nugget charges a storage fee based
on number of boxes and weight. Contact Regan Milligan
with questions about storage fees.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS - Space assignment will be made in
the order in which signed applications and full payments are received and
accepted by the AiP Conference Committee. Platinum and Gold Sponsors will receive
prime booth space. Availability of space will be determined by said Committee
on a "first come, first served" basis.
A/V REQUIREMENTS - If your exhibit requires electric,
phone or internet, you must complete the Exhibitor Order Form and return
it directly to the Golden Nugget. Any costs associated with your order are
payable directly to the Golden Nugget.
LIABILITY - The International Association of Advisors in
Philanthropy (AiP) and its representatives will not be responsible for any
loss, damage or injury that may occur to the exhibitor, or the exhibitor's
employees, or property from any cause whatsoever before, during or after the
Conference on Philanthropy, April 24-26, 2013. Upon signing the Sponsors /
Exhibitor Application, the sponsor or exhibitor expressly releases AiP, and its
representatives from, and agrees to indemnify same against, any and all claims
for such loss, damage or injury. All exhibitors assume full liability and shall
hold the AiP, and its representatives harmless from any claims for injury to
persons or property within the booth assigned to and occupied by them, which
maybe caused by or result from any act or omission on the part of the
exhibitor. If, for any reason beyond AiP’s control, the Conference on
Philanthropy 2013, to be held at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas, April 24-26, 2013,
cannot be conducted as set forth in the contract signed with you, and/or the
building is destroyed by fire or some other catastrophe should happen to the
building beyond the AiP’s control, AiP shall be excused from performance under this contract.
