 With more than 30 years of experience, Mark A. Weber is a recognized financial consultant to business owners and executives. He is widely recognized for his work in business transition planning and estate planning.

Mark has spoken on various financial and estate planning topics to audiences including the Nebraska Bar Association, the Nebraska Society of CPAs, the Iowa Bar Association, the University of Nebraska College of Law and School of Accounting, the Society of Financial Services Professionals, the Great Plains Federal Tax Institute, the Omaha Estate Planning Council, M Financial, the Big Ten Conference of Development and Planned Giving Professionals and the Nebraska Wealth Management Conference. He has authored the book The Legacy Spectrum and numerous articles on topics dealing with sophisticated uses of life insurance in estate and business succession planning.

He is a member of many professional associations, including the Society of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP), the Advanced Association of Life Underwriters (AALU), the National Association of Insurance and Financial Service Professionals (NAIFA), the Million Dollar Round Table (Top of the Table), the Nebraska Bar Association, the Omaha Bar Association and the Omaha Estate Planning Council. In several of these organizations, he has held leadership positions at both the local and national levels.

In conjunction with the Omaha Community Foundation, Mark started the Omaha Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy Study Group Program. For more than six years, Mark has trained over 80 professional advisors from Omaha’s leading professional advisory firms and philanthropic organizations.
