About the program...

Shifts in funding, competition, regulation, and changes in consumer needs have raised the expectations for nonprofits to save money, increase capacity, diversify revenue, and position for success.

Drawing upon direct experience, this session will offer an in-depth look at the success, challenges, and outcomes of a merger between two organizations; alternative collaborative strategy options for gaining scale; and new ways to approach and develop philanthropic partnerships as a means of impacting scalability and positioning for the future.
