About our presenters... 

Randy Fox, Two Hawks Consulting, LLC

A third-generation entrepreneur, Randy is a founder of Two Hawks Consulting, LLC and EzCharitable, LLC, an online training resource for professional advisors who wish to expand their capabilities in philanthropic giving. EzCharitable has created original content that is useful for attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs all of which will facilitate better philanthropic advice for families of wealth. He is also currently the Editor in Chief of Planned Giving Design Center, a national newsletter for philanthropic advisors. Randy has recently been named the Distinguished Co-Honorary Chair 2017 Improving Financial Awareness & Financial Awareness Movement by the Financial Awareness Foundation. In 2015 Randy was awarded the Fithian Leadership Award by the International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy

Randy was a founding principal of InKnowVision, LLC, a national consulting and marketing firm that developed estate and wealth transfer designs for clients of exceptional wealth. During his tenure, more than three hundred families were served and more than $500 million was directed to philanthropic purposes. He served as director and faculty member of the InKnowVision Institute, which provided professional advisors with the advanced technical and interpersonal tools required to attract and work successfully with high net worth clients.

Suzanne Jack, ADEO FINANCIAL

Suzanne specializes in structuring, protected leverage and wealth transfer for clients. She brings direct opportunity and innovative solutions to wealthy families and their advising teams across the spectrum of  growth, management, risk, wealth transfer, and charitable planning. Impactful philanthropy is often a cornerstone value when generational planning is purposefully and strategically considered; Suzanne sits on board of Alliance Community Foundation as well works to innovate and invigorate the flow of private wealth back into society and eco-systems.  Suzanne is a quarterback to families in concierge planning, philanthropy and emotional engagement. She brings specialized opportunity to advisors and organizations working with the ultra high net worth.

The great-granddaughter of  family business tycoons and philanthropists in the arts, generosity and innovation have been consistent themes in her personal life, and she supports clients in their own objectives. Compassion and deliberation facilitates clients to crystallize core values, define mission and strengthen relationships, governance and goals. A committed athlete, Suzanne also coaches the tennis athletes of the Special Olympics and works with young students in underserved communities as well focuses her impact on education, preservation and supporting women and girls globally.
