Guy E. Baker, CLU,MSFS, of Irvine, California, has been nominated 2007 MDRT Secretary. His five-year term on the Executive Committee will begin September 1, 2006, culminating with the 2010 MDRT Presidency.

Baker, 60, is a 35-year MDRT member with 27 Top of the Table qualifications. He has served in many leadership positions within MDRT, including twice as a member of Management Council, MDRT’s governing body, as the 1984 Membership Administration and the 1996 Business and Educational Services Divisional Vice President. He also served as a member of the Top of the Table Advisory Board from 1988 to 1990. In addition, he is a Diamond Knight of the MDRT Foundation who served the Foundation as its President in 2000.
