education: teleconferences

Overview       Schedule       Registration      Evaluation Form

Some of the most sought-after speakers on wealth related topics offer educational and networking opportunities to members and non-members alike during a one hour Teleconference.

Cost

Free for Advisors in Philanthropy members; non-members $25/p each teleconference. Payment can be made with a credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX) by calling the AiP office at 888-597-6575. The cost is per person, not per office or per phone.

How It Works

For each session, a maximum of 29 participants join an outstanding educator on a special telephone conference hook-up to explore new tools and strategies, marketing ideas, practice management concepts, and how to better serve your clients. Teleconferences usually last one hour and are open to all audiences, unless otherwise noted in the schedule.

Registration is required and is available on a first-come, first-served basis for each teleconference. Register online or by email, phone or fax.

Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you find that you have a scheduling conflict, you must inform our office within 24 hours. Cancellations within 24 hours of immediate receipt will not be charged; thereafter, reservations may be cancelled without refund.

About one week prior to the Teleconference, you will receive an e-mail reminder along with any handout materials. Remember, there are no refunds for cancellations after the initial 24-hour period.

The fee is a per person charge, not a per office charge. Please, only one person per line from any location.

Hints for a Better Teleconference

  • One person per phone.
  • Do not use the hold function while on teleconference.
  • No speakerphones or conference phones.
  • Please mute your phone during the call if possible.

Credits

Some teleconferences offer CFP CE and PACE credit. To earn credit, please check in with the moderator at the beginning and ending of the call when roll is taken. You must attend at least 50 minutes of the call and submit a completed evaluation after the call to receive a certificate of completion.
