I'm still basking in the glow of the tremendous Conference on Philanthropy hosted by Advisors in Philanthropy in Chicago last week. I heard several comments like, "Best conference I've attended anywhere in years!", and "I've dropped all my other professional memberships. AIP is where it's at for me!".
While each AIP Conference seems to be the best, I do agree that this year's Conference had a specialness about it. Thanks for Jerry Nuerge and his Conference Committee for putting a slate of tremendous speaker presentations together, both on the technical side and on the "soft" side. There was so much enthusiasm for the future of AIP and the Philanthropic Planning profession. And the whole membership is becoming mobilized to help us get the word out that AIP is the best kept secret in America!
For those of you who did not make it to this year's conference, there is always next year. Please put these dates into your Palm Pilot now: April 26-28, 2007 at the Embassy Suites in Rosemont, IL.
Thanks for your support and involvement!
